Water Wells & Septic Systems

Our Contractor can install new Septic Systems, Drill Water Wells & Hook up to Existing Systems!

One of the first steps in the building process is determining what is needed on the site. If you have existing well and septic, we ask you get an evaluation thru your local Health Department on your current systems for our Contractor to review. If they are approved by the Health Department, we will be able to reconnect to your existing system! If not, or you need completely new installed, we can bid drilling a new 5″ well or construct a new septic system based on your Health Departments Requirements.

Basement & Crawlspace Foundations & Piers with Skirting

Modular Homes can be constructed on a crawlspace or basement foundation. Manufactured (HUD) Homes can be placed on a crawlspace with beams or piers with skirting!

We work with our in house Contractor on each project individually, as all projects are different! We have the ability to do foundations for all of our homes! Our Crawlspaces are a 4′ or 5′ poured wall with a brick texture and our Basement Foundations are a 8′ or 9′ poured wall with the brick texture. We do have the option to do smooth walls if requested at a higher cost. We can also install piers for any Manufactured Home and also install the skirting as well.

Site Built Garages

Our In-House Contractor can build a garage on site after the home has been delivered and set on the foundation.

We can build typical size garages right on site after the home has been set by our crew. We can do reverse gable, pitch matching the home but offset, and so much more! We will install a new garage door (custom doors available too!), windows, utility doors, and more. Typical sizes vary, but most install a 24×24 or 28×28. We have done larger garages and can bid garages for your preference. Garage bids can be built right into your mortgage and construction loan!

Site Built Porches & Decks

Our In-House Contractor can build back decks, covered porches, front steps and more!

Want a back deck for grilling? We can build it! We can use treated lumber, vinyl/composite decking, and vinyl rail for our site built decks. We will build these after the home has been set. We can also build covered porches on the front or back, or even a wrap around porch! We locally source our materials, so we have the capability to customize your project. These bids can also be built into your construction loan and mortgage!
