We recently finished a new customer home project and we are waiting for the final inspections to be complete for them to move in! Earlier this year, the customer lost their home to a house fire. It was a complete loss. We had to demolish their existing home and foundation and install a completely new foundation and home! Here are some before pictures of their site!
Once we received their permits to begin construction, we sent in our excavation crew to demo out the existing home and foundation so that we could install a completely new crawlspace foundation to accommodate the new Modular home they ordered.
Out with the old, in with the new! It was finally set day, the crane arrived and the crew unpackaged their new home to be set.
Once hook-ups were completed, we scheduled the final walk thru with the Customer. We snapped some photos of their finished product! They went with the Dutch Housing 2864-242 Leland! Below we will list the colors and some options they added in!
