This summer we installed a new Clayton home for a customer in Lakeview, MI. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch style home had a living room AND family room! With an open concept kitchen, this home is perfect for entertaining. The customer also had a basement installed for some extra storage! We replaced their older singlewide with a new modular, right on their property.
